About Your Business Portrait Session
General Information
You will be choosing your favorite image(s) at the time of your session.
Solid colors photograph best. Sometimes even the tiniest patterns can create moiré patterns.
Unless we have discussed anything different, you will be photographed from the waist up, head and shoulders specifically.
Wear the style of clothing that you feel the most comfortable. (i.e. blazer & blouse, suit coat and tie, polo shirt, blouse only, button up shirt only, button up shirt and tie etc). Turtlenecks are not recommended.
If you wish to wear glasses in your portrait, please let the photographer know in advance. Anti-glare glasses or frames without lenses photograph best. Sometimes empty frames can be borrowed from your optometrist. Glass glare can be removed for an additional fee.
Don't change your hairstyle less than a week before your session.
Your background choices are: mottled blues or browns; grays, black or white.
You will have a place to change clothing, if needed.
Sessions generally last from 10-30 minutes.
You are welcome to bring more than one outfit, but it is not required.
Ladies
You can retouch your makeup/hair when you arrive at the studio, if needed.
Makeup Suggestions: Black Mascara on eyelashes; light pink on cheekbones/apples; glossy colored lips (lighter colors are not recommended); bring powder for your face if it tends to be shiny; overall makeup should be slightly heavier than normal.
Men
It is recommended that you are clean shaven, regardless of how you style your facial hair. If you have a beard or mustache, be sure that it is trimmed and shaped.

Outdoor Location - (No Studio Lighting)

Each additional person being photographed = $125
Business/Corporate Headshots at Your Location
Studio Set Up On Location = $295
(Required for all sessions on location - Includes studio set up, photographer, assistant, travel)
2 - 20 individuals photographed = $95/image file
21 - 49 individuals photographed = $85/image file
50+ individuals photographed = $75/image file
Individual/Executive Session = $375
